Issue 1) Vehicle issue. First, call Enterprise Fleet, next notify your Program Manager, then Mike Hankins.
Issue 2) My fuel card is not working. First, call Melissa Crosa, next notify your Project Manager.
Issue 3) I am having problems with locating a CLC room. Contact your Program Manager. * In certain areas, hotels are permitted to block out dates, usually due to room demands. *
Issue 4) I need to purchase items from Home Depot. Call your Program Manager for PO and provide items needing purchased. If issues with card being approved, call your Program Manager.
Issue 5) I have been involved in an accident. First, assess your physical condition and exposure to additional harm. Contact any emergency services. Call your Program Manager, then Mike Hankins, then Miryam Crosa, then Pam Lehman.
Issue 6) Problems with either store personnel or customers while on site. Remove yourself from contact and call your Program Manager. If unable to reach, call Mike Severini.
Issue 7) I have problems with my expenses. First contact Dawn Latella. If you feel issue is not resolved correctly, reach out to your Program Manager.
Issue 8) Paycheck issue. Contact Lauren Crosa and your Program Manager.
Issue 9) Issues with company personnel besides Project Manager. Contact you Program Manager.
