Speedway LPMS
Open up Encore and look for the form above.
First thing before anything is selecting the Site Number from SiteNum.
Scroll Down and Select Supervisor, current weather conditions and who is it you let know that your on site in Site Contact Name.
Drum Reporting
Each required Photo will have its own dedicated button. The button will not appear until you have answered the questions. Example Shown here below.
CP Reporting
Each site should have a note if there is a CP onsite. It will either say No CP Onsite or CP Due. If it says CP Due the CP Entries Repeatable will open up. If the site does have a CP but the CPStatus says No CP Onsite you can answer the question CP Onsite Yes and that will also reveal the CP Entries Repeatable.

Spill Bucket Status
Similar thing to the Drum Status the Spill Bucket Photo Button will open up after you have answered with the corresponding questions. Each one of these photo buttons can only hold up to 10 photos, so you can Answer the (more than 10 spill bucket photos Question?) yes. If you want to add more than 10, it will open up a second button.
HVAC Service Status
You will notice that whatever the Service type is needed at this site will appear above the HVAC Service Status Section. Photo buttons will open up when the corresponding questions are answered.
Scrolling a little farther down you will see that the HVAC Survey Data will show what the filter should be onsite. If it is incorrect mark the (New HVAC Survey Needed) question yes and you will see a pages icon open up on the bottom middle of the screen. Click on the pages icon and move over to the HVAC Survey
HVAC Survey
The HVAC Survey will now be a extension of the LPMS form. Select the HVAC Survey.
Once the survey is completed hit the pages button on the bottom middle of the screen to return to the LMPS form.
Deep Vent Cleaning
We have two different types of vent cleaning, Bi Monthly and Annual Deep Vent Cleaning. If a Deep Vent Cleaning is due there will be a indicator. There will also be a date for the most recently reported deep vent cleaning.
Emergency Light Testing
Emergency light testing will have a question to unlock the repeatable form. You must make entries in the repeatables before you can submit the form.
Each emergency light needs a repeatable form. When you have filled out the form for the current elight hit the + SAVE/ADD button in the bottom middle of the screen. When you are done hit the Done in the lower right corner.
Fire Extinguisher Inspection
On normal 30 day and Full Service visit the Fire Extinguisher Photos Button will appear, if there is more than 10 photos you answer the (More than 10 Fire Extinguisher Photos) question yes and another button will appear.
We also ask, Are all required fire extinguishers serviced and charged within the last 12 months and have monthly initials and are properly mounted unobstructed and free of damage?
If no you will check all that apply.

Outage Reporting
In the Outage Status section will see a few options. Check all that apply. If there Exterior outages greater than 20% that is considered a emergency and Encore will alert our outage department right away.
When you check any options that say there are outages the outage repeatable will open up and you can proceed to press on that and fill out the outage form for each outage.
Parts Selling
The Parts repeatable is similar to the one used in the parts order inventory form. If you are having trouble finding parts contact Lee at (614) 743 3122 and he should be able to help you locate the part.
Part Not Listed
If you still can not find the part you are selling Select PartNotListed ~-00 and then type in the part number and add a photo.
